There were a few delays for the jump, but that just shows how much they want the environment to be perfect for the jump to minimise any and all risks. My tandem partner, whom I've since forgotten the time and will refer to as Thor, has been an awesome partner. Thor assured me that everything will be okay, and he showed me the safety precautions he takes to make me feel better too.Price was reasonable for the once in a lifetime experience you're going to have. Just do it!

i would not recommend this skydiving company to anyone. I went to get my license to skydive and spent vast amounts of time on the ground waiting. Got to lesson 4 and gave up because they were so un-organised at getting the students airborne, I spent days waiting to do one jump for my lesson (an entire weekend for once lesson, just sitting around in the hanger with nothing to do). The staff are not very nice, the feedback after each jump is minimal, not useful or sometime they were too busy to do a debrief. At the time of my lessons there was arguments between the instructors, the owner and a older lady instructor with a frankly terrible attitude towards everyone which made the place seem incredible unprofessional. The facilities are gross, and the training equipment is old. The hanger looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the early 80s. The training equipment I used for my course was an old rusty harness suspended from the ceiling, with straps that looked old and worn out. The planes were fine though. For the most part, in my course, we were ignored in favor of giving the tandem jumpers priority.

We surprise our son in law with a jump for his birthday. We were given all the in and outs risks information etc etc via email for ua to lool over and sign and pay deposit on acceptance. We were pleased to report that there was such a high safety regards to him and the planes and tantam jumper....the checks after checks from plane to instructor was amazing. We were told it was all weather permitted. We were so lucky to have awesome weather, so turned up have instructions from instructor was full on and second to none service from the owner, esther the pilot, tommo the tantam instructor...!We have since been back 3 more times in the last 2 yrs and plan on doing a surprise again for another family member...i was sooo happy with these guys and literally have no problems in trusting with our lives...!I have reviewed this companies back hrpund before i made the ddecision to choose going with them thoroughly and what stood out for me was the importance of safety their attention to stop pull out or refuse to jump fly etc regardless of bad reviews calls etc etc for the customers own safety. And not to mention WA skydiving has had NO fatalities what so ever! And the pilot that i soon later found out on second jump was infact the owner and i fpund him to be very matter of fact and didnt pull any punches and so to speak wont piss in ya pocket, because at the end of the day he has been in the industry over 30 yrs and prides himself on integrity truth and safety pf all concerned. Just search his name and see how he single handedly avoid tragedy few yrs back....and this why i would remmend wa skydiving hands down and always remember, there are to sides to every story...as i have seen some of these reviews and are applauded, as this saddens me, but ill never use anotjer company for all skydiving requirements including exclusive training course taught by the owner himself...! Tjanks again wa skydiving its always a blast...!

A friendly local club house type drop zone. Can be very slow since they only have an Airman and don't seem very interested in pudhing things along

After booking in on 3 different occasions for a Saturday jump in Mandurah I received a call late afternoon Friday with a variety of excuses to cancel, from the plane being broken down to not enough instructors. To which after the third time I received a free upgrade. Great! Up until now it was frustrating but good service. Fast forward a few months and after coming back from holidays I decided to try and book in again. This time I was told their waiting on numbers to do the jump we will call you back before the approaching weekend... a week later I decided to follow up to which I was told they didn’t have the numbers last weekend but I will receive a call the following day regarding this weekend. To which I expressed that I would like at least a courtesy call as I have the option for weekend work. I was told that I would receive a call tomorrow either way... I didn’t. So sure enough I called up again the following week to get the same run around, I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor who was “out of the office” regarding a refund. Again I was told I would receive a call the following day.. once more I did not, three days later however I received a email.. it opened with G’day.I’m usually pretty easy going and casual myself, however as a customer I should not be the one chasing the person providing the service! If I was the boss/supervisor I would also show at least a little bit of proffesionalism when replying to a disgruntaled customer in a timely manner. All I can say is it’s a unprofessional, unorganised company who appear to be offering a jump site that they can’t deliver and make no attempt to solve the issue (offering an alternative jump site at a higher altitude due to the cost difference?). Book elsewhere because you will get slugged a $100 deposit upon getting a refund. (I hope they spend it on training their staff to dial a phone)

I have jumped many, many times over the years, firstly with other operators, and then always with WA Skydive Academy, as they have consistently delivered safe, courteous and fun service and I highly recommend them as a premium skydive company in WA.

A very kind and professional array of staff members, who are genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. The farm area, with it's natural surroundings is a peaceful location with a relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect family outing and a sure way to the road of much happiness xx

These guys almost killed me under Robin O'Neil. It was my first skydive and my instructor forgot to unhook us from inside the plane so we got dragged behind it for ages eventually getting low on fuel. Long story short they were extremely unprofessional. Squabbling about the amount fuel before we took off, there was no knife on board the plane, refused to refund my money or give me the video that I had paid for. I should have taken legal action but it's probably too late now. Don't ever go here. Bunch of cowboys.

Its been 2 yrs since the tandem jump which resulted in a broken sacrum due to instructor being off course ploughing my arse through a paddock. Impact so hard i lost consciences coming through in agony.the instructor said stand up quickly and smile and wave. In shock obviously i did as he said taking everything i had to put a smile on and walk. I thought id bruised my butt badly and had to lay face down 8n back seat of car to go home. It got to around 6pm and decided to go to emergency where after xrays they said they have no idea how i walked in as i should have had paralysis from waist down. Its been a long recovery. When i rang them simply to let them know of the injuries sustained and that instructors should be better suited to the person the jump with and to better inform people about injuries that could happen prior to booking. I not take out insurance as i assumed its either you make it or you dont and never thought there be an inbetween. The lady was defensive, rude, and not even offer an apology. I could give her another name but will bite my tounge. Nasty out fit. Up until landing the jump was good but not good enough to do again
